THE ARTIST & THE VISION
Rooted in opera.
Open to the world.
Queen of Gaya is Katrina’s artistic identity—and the home of her performance, education, and cultural exchange work.
A German-Latvian soprano educated at the Berlin University of the Arts, Katrina Krumpane brings the traditions of European opera into conversation with a life shaped by Korea and California.
She continues to perform across opera, recital, and collaborative concert settings, including KBS’s 2026 K-가곡 슈퍼스타. In Silicon Valley, she leads the Institute of Voice, helping singers find the confidence and craft to share their own stories.

Great teaching opens more than a voice. It opens a life of possibility.
At the Institute of Voice, Katrina works with children, teens, and adults through individual vocal study, performance preparation, and opportunities to grow on stage.
