Information you share
When Google sign-in is enabled, Queen of Gaya receives your verified email address, name, and Google account identifier. Your Google password is never shared with this site. An inquiry includes your contact name, organization, event type, date, venue, audience size, duration, and message.
How it is used
We use these details to respond to your request, plan a possible engagement, provide a private performance guide, and reduce abusive submissions. Inquiry records are stored in the site’s database and can be reviewed by authorized Queen of Gaya staff. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Cookies and video
Essential, secure session cookies keep you signed in for up to seven days. Temporary authorization cookies support Google sign-in. YouTube thumbnails load from YouTube; playing a clip connects to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Google and YouTube process information under their own policies. No advertising or analytics scripts are added by this site.
Access, correction, and deletion
Contact Queen of Gaya through the Institute of Voice website to request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry. Unconfirmed inquiries should be reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Confirmed engagement records may be retained as needed to administer the engagement and meet applicable obligations.
Children
Inquiry forms are for adults aged 18 or older. Parents, guardians, and program organizers should inquire on behalf of young people without including children’s personal or sensitive information.
